Many goods are traded all over the world. It is necessary for customs to have a good overview of this. Because goods are declared to customs, they are subject to a customs procedure. The regulation depends on the type of goods being traded, the country of origin or the destination of the goods.

Export documents.

Various documents are required for exporting goods from Europe. As a Freight Forwarder and logistics service provider, NBK can assist in obtaining this documentation.

An electronic administrative document (e-AD) is drawn up to transport excise goods under duty suspension. If the transport of excise goods takes place to a location without an excise goods location permit, then there are other conditions for transporting the goods.

Certificate of origin.

A certificate of origin (CvO) is a document that indicates the origin of a product. A CvO proves in which country a product was made. A country can decide on the basis of a CvO whether or not you are allowed to import a product. Some countries outside the EU ask for a certificate of origin in connection with effective regulations such as boycotts, import restrictions or import quotas.

ATR certificate.

An ATR certificate is a customs document that is required to trade between the EU and Turkey. The certificate can be used for both import and export. As a basis, products covered by the trade agreement are exempt from import duties. However, there may be exceptions or additional taxes may apply to certain products.

CoC export documents.
